Providence born and raised, fighting to make education the great equalizer in every neighborhood.
orn in Providence, I learned one of my most important lessons at ten years old. A friend's father was teaching us about investing and buying shares of companies. Excited, I ran home and told my mom we should buy shares too. She smiled and proudly told me we already had plenty of chairs. It was an innocent misunderstanding, but it taught me something I've carried ever since: access to knowledge shapes opportunity. My mother worked tirelessly, but she was never given the chance to learn about investing. That's why I believe education is the great equalizer.
That lesson has shaped every choice I've made since. I've worked to expand educational opportunity as Chairman of Fundraising for Providence Promise and with Children's Friend, partnered with local businesses through Helping Hands of America to collect food for our unhoused neighbors, and coached youth sports — where I've seen that a child's success depends on the whole community.
As the youngest brick-and-mortar business owner in downtown Providence, I know the challenges small businesses face, and my career in technology taught me to turn ideas into action. As a proud father, I'm committed to a city where every child can thrive. You'll often find me exploring Ward 3's incredible restaurant scene - Lotus Pepper, Blackstone Oyster Bar, and India Restaurant are a few favorites.
I'm running for City Council because Providence's best days are still ahead.
